This statement is perfectly adequate as a warning to bloggers and webmasters to avoid, or not to make unnatural links to their website or blog.

In essence, natural links happen because users assume that a page is very useful for them, so they link out to those useful and helpful pages. Conversely, unnatural links are links that were deliberately or accidentally created by blogger or webmaster who can increase the popularity of a page through search engines, particularly through Google.

Then, What is the fundamental attitude that should be done by you?. You must be patient in getting those natural links.

Given that search engine bots, particularly Googlebot, have to crawl billions of pages on the web, it will require a very long time. With situation like this, a new website or blog, will take up to one month or more to be indexed by well-established in search results page. In such this situation, appearing a situation referred to as a moral situation.

Moral situation can be interpreted simply as a situation where a blogger should take ethical or unethical action. In a situation such as mentioned in third paragraph, a blogger who have ethics will not put his blog URL on other websites. He would prefer to be patient because he knows that if he put his blog URL on other sites, may cause his blog to be considered as a blog with unnatural links built. Of course, unethical blogger will do the opposite.

Natural Link or Not?
If you're not so sure that your putted link as above is a natural link, it's better to not put your blog or website link. Just be patient and let the web dynamic makes links to your blog naturally. This is a moral situation for a blogger in terms of being patient.
Temptations to a blogger patience in maintaining his blog's natural links are very high. This can be found and felt on the web in various occasions, and hardly, only Google algorithms that can distinguish, while bloggers or webmasters themselves can not distinguish with certainty.

Suppose, we have a blog with topic of A, then we get another blog that also stubs A. After that, we give relevant comments in which available a box to fill our blog URL as commentator link, usually it is at the bottom of post. This becomes a moment where we really do not know and we can not ascertain whether our blog URL in that comments is a natural link or an unnatural link.

Likely, you are very confident because you've left a relevant comment, but if you re-read the written statement that Google algorithms can distinguish natural links from unnatural links and also may lead to link schemes and doorway pages, you better act anticipatory. It would be better for you to prefer a patience, and let the web dynamics that build links to your blog or website.
