Today I was a bit much to give descriptive answers in Google AdSense help forum. They, askers are still very enthusiastic to be able to participate in Google AdSense program by becoming publisher. Their enthusiasm can be caught and feel on how the way they ask questions. Each phrase and word for word that they make, is really expressive with a sense of surprise, disappointment, could not understand and other expressions which are simply showing their enthusiasm.
There is a strong enough impression can be read from the discussion today. Maybe even not just an impression, but rather an indication. And what indication is that?. That indication is, Google AdSense program policies and all complete help articles, apparently has not read and understood well and deeply by them, the new applicants. This impression or indication can be seen from some of issues and problems in their questions, with a subject which is already clearly explained, or has answers in Google AdSense help articles.
Oh, all that complicated Google AdSense is?!. If this case is analyzed to root of problem, then there is only one possibility of answer, since Google AdSense is about earning money on the internet. This has led many bloggers and webmasters making unnecessary mistakes in respond to and anticipate. They seem really in a hurry to quickly get an approved Google AdSense account. Later, they became forgotten that they have a requirement that they must meet, namely to build a blog or website that meets all the criteria as written in Google AdSense program policies, especially aspects of content. And, concerning what ways and tips to be able to meet all these criteria, all are available completely in Google AdSense help articles.
As a little example is about the blog content. On a thread in AdSense help forum, there's a blogger who asks in wonder, about why his original blog content is judged as an unacceptable site content. Meanwhile, he himself seems convinced that his original blog content is already sufficient to meet the criteria. But he forgot that original content is just as one important criterion among many other important criteria, one of which is a blog also must have substantial content, both in quantity and quality, where, the answer or article that describes it is actually already available in complete on a page about Why is content critical to ad targeting?.
The above example simply indicates that, very likely, they are too in a hurry and do not read and understand Google AdSense program policies and all help articles first.

Are You AdSense Publisher Blogger?, Then Think Carefully The Advertiser Interests
Are you going to sign up for Google AdSense program in order to become an (new) AdSense publisher?, If you will, then you should think about and understand completely on one thing, it is the Advertiser Interests. I, and perhaps you, actually do not know exactly about what kinds of things that are included in the list of advertiser interests. But clearly, you as an ethical blogger who certainly know and understand what is your rights and obligations, would strongly agree and understand with this quote:
Furthermore, Google as a party that stood in the middle between AdSense publishers, AdWords advertisers and users, is a party who has authority to facilitate, in order to succeed Google advertising program in fair and impartial. The steps taken by Google in order to facilitate those three parties, then elaborated in detail into the policy and regulatory of Google, particularly is Google AdSense program policies and Google AdWords advertising policies. In addition, the authority and right of Google in its application, also supported by their advanced and accurate technologies, one of which is algorithmically done by their bots.
Any party, whether the individual or organization, which is in a position like Google, would be in a position which must be able to guarantee the rights and obligations of those three parties as well, which is AdSense publishers, AdWords advertisers and users. And further, especially for a blogger who will register and participate in Google AdSense program, then he must first transform and upgrade its capacity from just a blogger up to an AdSense publisher.
You as an ethical blogger certainly know that there will be many differences between a blogger and an AdSense publisher. One among many differences is, an AdSense publisher is to (inevitably) understand and respect the advertiser interests, while a blogger is not necessarily.
Thus, if there is a blogger who submit his application to Google AdSense program and turns out his blog was disapproved, while he was confident that his blog meets all the criteria as listed in Google AdSense program policies, then there is one big possibility, specifically his blog is not ready yet or is not in accordance with the advertiser interests. Despite that in fact, Google AdSense program policies are already represented advertiser interests.
As an example and illustration, a blog that contains texts of "about me" or a personal blog, usually is original, because it is a self-expression, so that it can be said is in accordance with Google AdSense program policies in terms of originality and context-based content. However, advertisers are people or parties who are doing business by publishing or selling products or something through their websites, in short, it is generally commercial. Consequently, between the original context-based content of about me with the advertiser's commercial subject, do not match, or not yet match.
Unless the blog as mentioned in above example had articles in a large number, so that they meet the criteria of a substantial content, which by itself is relevant and will be in accordance with the advertiser interests. As the essence of all description above, think carefully of advertiser interests when building a blog and do not just hold on to AdSense applicant's point of view.
(Note: the term of "not yet match" in red above, is simply associated to a term of "not allow at this time" in a type of disapproval that contains a clause of: Unacceptable site content: Your website contains content that we do "not allow at this time").
If later you become a (new) Google AdSense publisher, then you must be able to contribute positively and protect advertiser interests, in a manner consistent with the regulations, in this case is the rule of Google AdSense.By logic and reason, an advertiser is certainly would not want if his ads that are displayed on a website or blog, do not give positive results and real impact on businesses owned and run by the advertiser self, which has been published on this internet through the advertiser's website. Besides by being an advertiser has to pay a fee to advertise, in this case is through AdWords, is also because in essence, it is the rights for an advertiser. For a Google AdSense publisher, the rights of an advertiser is to become his responsibility and obligation. Hopefully until the end of this paragraph, you are somewhat able to capture essence of this post.

For Google AdSense, Original Content Is More Important Than Top Level Domain
Some people argue that in order to participate in Google AdSense advertising program, a person must have a top level domain. This opinion has caused the spirit of bloggers in expressing and working through their original articles while earning revenue to be down even disappear. Many of those who only have a subdomain, then leave their blog. Really, this is a very unfortunate fact.
The question is, Is that opinion is true?, It's wrong. Because one of the most important terms to be able to participate in Google AdSense program by becoming a publisher is, a blog content must be original and substantial. That wrong opinion, also has raised another misunderstanding, that is when someone has had a top level domain, he seemed to feel it was safe. And not a few among them who has top level domains, just seem to forget that originality of content as a main criteria or terms is a Must.
After all, Google AdSense is an advertising program that always upholds the principle of equal rights for all people, regardless of differences in race, ethnicity, nation and religion. As long as someone owns and can access the blogs (especially with content management system providing hosting such as Blogger and Wordpress), website or YouTube account, and meet the criteria or terms as stated in Google AdSense program policies, then he is entitled to participate by filling out the application, to then be submitted to Google AdSense team to be reviewed.
Please note, top level domain is simply a condition that is recommended, considering that by using a top level domain, will facilitate internet users in finding information. And also is recommended for those who would pursue a more professional blogging. Conversely, for those who do not have a top level domain, Google AdSense is implicitly suggested to create a blog on Blogger.
So in essence, an original content is more important than just a top level domain, this is not being looked down on essential benefits of a top level domain. And indeed, would be an ideal thing and it makes sense, if an original content owned by individuals and or organizations, published via a blog or website with TLD (top level domain).
For those of you who've just heard and or interested to participate in Google AdSense program, give a thick underline at the phrase of original content. Original content is the fundamental requirement that you must meet, original content is not just "your own words," but also "your own ideas" including all media (video, image etc) is in your website or blog, especially if you want to feel more safe in order to sign-up.
Even if you only use a subdomain, you will be very worthy to participate in Google AdSense program when you have content that is truly original in all aspects, that you build with your great efforts. Next, you just have to ensure that your original content is also meet other criteria can be found in content policy explained.

Due to the existence of a policy of Google AdSense of unsupported languages, you inevitably have to learn English to be able to participate.

But remember that learning in all aspects of life, is certainly difficult. And, you are ethical bloggers who are able to confront and defeat this challenge.
There is one thing that need to be underlined by the bloggers in terms of using English in writing articles. This underlined one thing is: An article must have the substance of information, as DNA that make the human can live. That is, DNA or substance of information from an article is the Topic or Theme. When the topic of article that you write already implicit, it's very likely readers will know the substance of information from your article they read. Anyway, those readers will understand that you are not using English as a daily language, and they will surely feel the implication of your efforts in your original article as well.
Besides the sophisticated Google Translate with its translation algorithm, the readers of your articles from United States, Australia, Britain and other countries that use English as its official language, must also be able to cleverly catch of what is meant in your article. As an illustration, just like when you meet an American who came as a tourist to your country. The American was using the language of your country as much as him, but surely, you can understand exactly what is meant by him.
This article is not intended for bloggers to ignore good and correct grammar in using English, but only a little positive feedback to bloggers who are eager to participate in Google AdSense program, which is constrained by the unsupported languages.

Blog's Original Content Is Not Just Your Own Words
Inevitably, a blogger should learn!. This exclamation phrase is actually arise because triggered by a very strict policy in Google AdSense program policies, which states that a blog or website content must be original. Many people interpret that original content is content to use "your own words." However, if explored further, the underlying meaning of original content is even more than a your own words content.
The term or designation of your own words, is still have a hole, or have weaknesses. This can be illustrated in a simple illustration of the following:
What is done by the blogger, will remain have weaknesses, which, his article would result in at least four keywords that exactly match to the article of website A. Four keywords are:

Yes, You Have An Approved Google AdSense Account. Then What?
Many bloggers or website owners say that to get an approved Google AdSense account is easy, while others said it was difficult. But actually, there is something far more important and must ponder over the following question: When your Google AdSense account has been approved, Then what?.
Yes, indeed, by having an approved Google AdSense account, as it were, a blogger feel like've got the key to everything, just like as a student who has passed a thesis examination. But really, far ahead of them, have been stretched very long winding road. This post is not to discourage you who are blogging to make money, but rather, simply engages you to think clearly and logically, that, no one who became rich in just 1 week, 6 months or perhaps 1 year.
If ever there was one, there must be exceptional, or by a miracle that involves God. And it only happens to those people who really kind and super. Being rich in the context of term, will take a very long time, perhaps the shortest is 5 years of blogging. That's not including financial capital, energy and mind.
When a blogger has got an approved Google AdSense account, so the blogger entered in a situation, in which is almost the same as when the blogger committed to blogging, specifically planning and strategy. However, its plans and strategies becomes more difficult, because it must be coupled with the expertise, and have a care. If not careful, there will be a bad possibility, the Google AdSense account will be disabled.
Furthermore, in implementing the strategy, it must always be in accordance with Google AdSense program policies. And this stage is actually said to be a very long winding road, especially for newbie bloggers. What's strategy?, none other than the strategy to get high traffic, and also maintain it. In addition, for a top level domain alone is difficult, logically, it would be more difficult for just a subdomain.
Except for a for fun blogging, high traffic is not a necessity, but for bloggers who with a great effort to be a Google AdSense publisher, then high traffic is a must. Without high traffic, then its approved Google AdSense account means nothing. If you are a newbie blogger, be very careful in applying the strategies, techniques and tricks to get high traffic. There are a lot of techniques to bring in more visitors, but do you ever think that those techniques are safe and it's not violate Google AdSense program policies?.
That is, you have to (again) learn, even in all matters that are directed to the existence and quality of your blog. And certainly, this will be a very draining time. The (only) way to speed up the acceleration of the progress of your blog, is to buy a wide range of products. Either tools, plugins, softwares, e-books, SEO packages or anything that just leads to 2 things:
And if you intend to employ or hire someone, or let's say an expert of SEO, then you also have to really recognize the reputation of the person and can really be trusted, including that the person is already well aware with Google AdSense program policies.
Not just a high traffic that can guarantee your blog will be productive, but there is one more important thing, it is the blog content. Blog visitors will leave your blog when they find that content is not relevant and accurate, or simply not useful to them. And how to make a blog content is useful, is to read a lot of references, including a variety of written sources from the real world. These references are not to copy, but for insights.
Getting an approved Google AdSense account is difficult, but keeping it in the right way and safe, is much more difficult.

Don't Learn From The Way Bad Google AdSense Publishers Displaying The Ads
Basically, between the real world with world wide web is similar. Both are inhabited by one of the most beautiful creatures that ever created by God, it's Human. Thus, good or bad the world wide web is in hands of mankind itself. And one thing that distinguish between real world with world wide web is Profession. Real world are those businessmen, politicians, government officials and others, while world wide web are webmasters, bloggers, web designers, gamers, and one example of a more specific profession is, Google AdSense publisher.
A fact on the web shows that millions of bloggers who are blogging, are triggered by the Money Factor. To earn money on the web, one of which is to be a Google AdSense publisher. Then, millions of bloggers vigorously submit their application in order to register, hundreds of thousands of bloggers disapproved and no luck, but hundreds of thousands of bloggers as well, approved or lucky.
Then again, thousands of unethical bloggers who have succeeded to become (newbie) Google AdSense publishers, they just do offhand and rewarding their own success in a dirty manner, they are scheming to encourage user to click on ads, obscuring blog content with ads, displaying ads on pages with content protected by copyright law, or more precisely, intentionally break and violate Google AdSense program policies to make more (dirty) money.
A discrepancy has occurred behind the prestige of Google AdSense advertising program, those who disapproved, quite possibly are honest people, who actually just not yet savvy to the rules of the game. Meanwhile, not a few of them that have been approved, are those bad people. Do not know, is it an irony, or is it an anomaly?. But certainly, there is something wrong behind all of this.
Those unethical bloggers and or bad Google AdSense publishers, either directly or indirectly, have taught dirty ways and very misleading to other bloggers, especially to newbie bloggers who are still green and have a conscience inside their blogging. This will be a kind of bandwagon effect, with the simplest assumption is that the number of internet user increase, so then the newbie bloggers will increase as well.
Meanwhile, the newbie bloggers are having a tendency to learn, based only on what they saw on other websites or blogs, for then they make their own conclusions. Included in concluding and guessing on How a Google ads appear on a blog, those newbie bloggers just do not know that when someone has a Google AdSense account, then it can be used on several blogs, including secondary blogs. And these secondary blogs, that are usually used to tricky display the Ads by Google.
An actual fact is there are a lot of Google ads displayed on pages that are protected by copyright law by those who include in bad Google AdSense publishers. At the time of newbie bloggers see this behavior, then they will very likely do the same and it is a bandwagon effect. For newbie bloggers, the best way to learn about Google Adsense is by visiting the AdSense help. Think, be careful and do not learn from the way bad Google AdSense publishers displaying the ads.
Remember that just like in the real world, everything is on the world wide web there must be the rules of the game.

Here are some of issues that may cause a blog or website included as unacceptable site content (but not limited to the following):
- Containing copied content, or not original. Original content can be interpreted as the content which is by using "bloggers or webmasters own words.", Even more than that, that the true original content is content that contains the bloggers or webmasters own ideas, words and medias (image, video, mp3 and its similar). Google used to term a copied content as duplicate content.
- Publish content which is copyrighted material, and the blogger or webmaster is not the copyright holder, or published copyrighted content without any permission from the copyright holder.
- Contains adult content, including, all terms which lead to content that should be consumed by adult people. Where it should be, its content can be consumed by all age, or family-friendly.
- Spam content (it should be noted that spam has broad meaning), as one example, there is an external link in one article that leads to a spam site or blog. Also, for hacking and cracking content.
- Number of text-based content is less, or content is a lot but it's not focus on one topic comprehensively. This will cause AdSensebot difficult in identifying and determining relevant ads to its content, and it would not be appropriated to the interests of advertiser.
- Blog or website that has not aged of 6 months. This applies to several locations, including India and China. Why should it be 6 months?, Because the requirement of 6 months to several locations as mentioned before, basically is to ensure that a blog's content will be able to be crawled by the bots and easily identified so as to produce relevant and good Google ads. And with the consideration that the level of activity of internet users in each country is different. Both causes of no.5 and this no.6 are highly related.
- There are no pages that are used as security and protection guarantee for users or readers privacy. Or there is no Privacy Policy page, especially for blogs or websites with high traffic.
- Diligent and patient in making original content, remember that blogging is not just for today, but for a long time. Even if passed and was not detected in doing copy and paste, actually being in a position of danger on this web. The proof is, disapproved by Google AdSense team.
- Honest and respect. It will educate a blogger to appreciate a copyrighted material. Opportunity for copyright infringement are very open on the web, the only attitude to stop, is honesty. Just imagine if your property is stolen, it really really hurts.
- Spirit and willing to learn. Thus, for example, know and realize that adult content in Google AdSense program has an implicit, sensitive and wide interpretation. Includes understanding the fundamental meaning of spam. The best, right and safe way to learn is by reading all AdSense help articles thoroughly and by discussing it with many Top contributors and other helpers in AdSense help forum (some of Top contributors were AdSense publishers for long years).
- Focus and concentration. It is necessary to develop a website or blog content that is accurate, relevant and comprehensive. Usually reflected in links between articles, not just links, but links between these articles is to indicate a relevance. If this developed well, will meet the criteria of substantial content, as prioritized by Google AdSense program.
- Care. This will foster an attitude that must be owned by ethical bloggers, in order to preserve, protect and ensure user or reader privacy.
