Today I was a bit much to give descriptive answers in Google AdSense help forum. They, askers are still very enthusiastic to be able to participate in Google AdSense program by becoming publisher. Later, they became forgotten that they have a requirement that they must meet, namely to build a blog or website that meets all the criteria as written in Google AdSense program policies, especially aspects of content.
